Professionals Who Refer to Our Programs
Since 2005 Offender Solutions® has been trusted by courts, probation departments, schools, treatment providers, and employers who need a reliable, research‑supported alcohol education resource for both adults and minors. Our goal is to support your work by providing a program that is easy to administer, credible, and built on evidence‑based practices that promote meaningful change.
A Program Designed for Your Needs
We understand the demands placed on justice professionals, educators, and workplace supervisors. When you refer a client to the Rethink‑a‑Drink™ Adult Alcohol Awareness or Minor in Possession (MIP) class, you can expect a program that is straightforward for the participant and efficient for you. Our team is available by phone or email to verify enrollment, confirm completion, or answer questions about a client’s progress.
Tracking and Progress Monitoring
Our learning management system allows us to quickly review a participant’s status, including enrollment, chapter progress, quiz performance, and final completion. You may contact us at any time for a status update or to verify the authenticity of a Certificate of Completion.
This ensures you always have accurate, timely information when managing your caseload or student roster.
Affordable and Ethical Pricing
We believe alcohol education should be accessible. Our pricing remains among the lowest in the field, and we never charge hidden fees for certificates, reporting, or access. Organizations that refer regularly may request group discount codes or low‑cost annual arrangements.
Our goal is to remove financial barriers—not create them.
High‑Quality, Evidence‑Based Curriculum
The Rethink‑a‑Drink™ curriculum is built on best practices and cognitive‑behavioral principles proven to support behavior change. Our content was developed by a multidisciplinary team including a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC), probation and parole officers, juvenile justice specialists, college instructors, and a justice system policy analyst. "Yes", the class was prepared and written by humans. "No", it is not written by Artificial Intellegence.
This combination of experience ensures that our program is practical, relevant, and aligned with what courts and agencies expect from a credible alcohol education provider.
Appropriate Referrals
Our classes are designed for individuals—youth or adults—who need an educational intervention rather than clinical treatment. Ideal referrals include first‑time or low‑level alcohol‑related offenses, school or workplace violations, diversion cases, and clients who need structured alcohol awareness education.
All course materials are written at approximately a 8th‑grade reading level to ensure accessibility for a wide range of learners.
Simple Referral Process
We know referrals can sometimes be time‑consuming. Our process is intentionally streamlined: provide the client with the Rethink‑a‑Drink™ referral form, and they can enroll and begin immediately. You may request updates at any time, and our staff will respond promptly.
Our goal is to reduce administrative burden—not add to it.
Completion Verification
When a participant finishes the course, they receive a secure Certificate of Completion. You may request verification directly from Offender Solutions®, or ask us to send the certificate to you by email or mail. Mailed certificates include an embossed seal for added authenticity.
We also use identity‑verification questions to ensure the integrity of the program.
Our Commitment to Research and Best Practices
Research consistently shows that punishment alone does not reduce recidivism. Meaningful change occurs when individuals receive structured education and cognitive‑behavioral interventions. Our curriculum is built on these principles and is designed to help participants examine their attitudes, values, and beliefs about alcohol use.
Offender Solutions® is staffed by professionals from counseling psychology, probation and parole, juvenile justice, social work, corrections, and research. All staff operate under the supervision of a Master’s‑level Counseling Psychologist.
