Every member of our team shares a commitment to respectful communication, personal responsibility, and practical, research‑supported learning. Below is an overview of the experience and qualifications that shape our program.
Certified Drug & Alcohol Counselor (CADC)
Our lead curriculum designer is a master’s‑level Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor with extensive experience working with adults and minors in both clinical and justice‑system settings. Their background includes:
- Substance use assessment and intervention
- Behavioral change strategies and cognitive restructuring
- Victim awareness and accountability training
- Curriculum development for online and in‑person programs
Probation & Parole Professionals
Members of our team include former probation and parole officers with years of experience supervising individuals referred for alcohol‑related offenses. Their insight ensures our program aligns with the expectations of courts, probation departments, and community supervision agencies nationwide.
Juvenile Justice Specialists
Our juvenile program content is shaped by professionals who have worked directly with minors in diversion programs, juvenile probation, and school‑based intervention. Their experience helps ensure that our MIP curriculum is age‑appropriate, engaging, and effective.
College Instructors & Educators
Two of our team members have taught police, probation and other justice professionals at the college level, bringing academic rigor and instructional design expertise to the Rethink‑a‑Drink™ program. Their contributions help ensure that the course is clear, accessible, and grounded in sound educational principles.
Justice System Policy Analyst
A justice‑system policy analyst contributes to the tight focus, development and review of program content, ensuring that our curriculum reflects current research, legal expectations, and best practices in alcohol education and prevention.
Our Commitment to Quality
All of our staff must hold at least a bachelor’s degree and are supervised by master’s‑level professionals. This ensures that every student receives accurate information, respectful communication, and reliable support.
Our team works continuously to update and improve the Rethink‑a‑Drink™ curriculum, incorporating new research, feedback from courts and schools, and insights from thousands of students nationwide.
A Program Built on Experience
Offender Solutions® was founded on more than 40 years of combined professional experience. This depth of knowledge shapes every part of the Rethink‑a‑Drink™ program—from curriculum design to customer support to the way we communicate with courts and referring agencies.
Our mission is simple: provide a respectful, evidence‑based, high‑quality alcohol awareness program that helps individuals make informed, responsible decisions.
